| 2010-11-24 | November’s holiday celebrations remind us that we need to be thankful for our freedom and also be good citizens. The students in Mrs. Karrer's and Mrs. Jeskie's rooms decided to do a service project to thank some soldiers serving overseas. Mrs. Smeltz, a Powers aide, whose son is stationed in Afghanistan, will make sure that her son’s troops will receive the wonderful, heart-felt letters and care packages the students have made for them.
