Welcome back to school everyone. We are so excited about collecting box tops for education. It is such an easy thing to do and there are great rewards for our students and school!
As you collect the box tops at home, please send them in with your child to their teacher in an envelope or bag separate from the Campbell's labels. There will be a box in each classroom for your child to put the box tops in. The PTO will then collect the box tops from the teachers and mail them in for our school. It's that simple. Don't forget to ask grandparents, other family, friends, or neighbors to save their box tops for you. You can get box tops from many of the items you purchase from the store. For example, cereals, Kleenex boxes, flour, fruit snacks and many other items you purchase. The box tops will be on the outside of the packaging. A sample of a box top is at the bottom of the page. Please make sure that you check that the expiration date is legible on all box tops submitted.
We will be having two contests this year for box tops. The first contest will be September 18 through October 19. There will be a treat and a visit from Boxie the Bear, our box top mascot, for the preschool, kindergarten and first grade class that collects the most box tops during this period. We will hold a second contest after Christmas break.
Our school can also earn box top points while you shop online. All you have to do is log on to the boxtops4education.com and go to the Marketplace. For every purchase you make at the participating stores, our school earns a percentage of the purchase. Some stores you can shop at include JCPenney, Kohls, Gap, Avon, KB Toys, Old Navy, Sears, Target, Walmart and many others.
If you log onto boxtops4education.com you can also find coupons for participating products. They also have recipes you can try and other information available to you. Every little bit you send in adds up to money for the school. So please help us with thisimportant project of collecting Box Tops for Education. Thank you for your help. If you have any question feel free to log onto boxtops4education or call me, Karen Butcher, Box Top Coordinator, at 988-0150.
