Nord Awards Assembly Update
At Nord Middle School, the recognition of student success and achievement is important. In an attempt to improve the way recognize our students, we are revising our procedure during the 2015-2016 school year. Instead of recognizing students quarterly, the Building Leadership Team is developing a different plan to recognize students.

Students will still be recognized for their efforts after each grading period. However, we will not be conducting an individual grade-level awards assembly after each grading period. Instead, students will be recognized within their teams. In addition we are developing plans to conduct an annual grand assembly in spring (or semi-annual assembly in the winter and spring). We ask for your patience and understanding as we develop these plans, and we will communicate this information as soon as it’s available. Thank you, for your cooperation and understanding.

There is a limit to the number allowed to attend Drama Camp so sign up soon. Regular registration deadline is Friday, January 8, if registrations are still available.
