We have newly designed Amherst Junior High Apparel for sale. We will be selling hoodies and t-shirts. Please fill out the attached form and send it into school to get your new and awesome AJH apparel. AJH Apparel 
Washington DC Trip
The 8th grade Washington DC trip is scheduled for October 22, 23, and 24. Students will return home on October 24 at approximately 10:00 at night. The total cost of the DC trip is $405.  Students attending have already paid a deposit. The remaining balance is due Friday, August 29. If you have any questions, please call the office at 988-0324 and ask for Mrs. Aufdenkampe.

Since 1986, the Amherst Schools Educational Foundation has awarded more than $366,000 in teacher grants and almost $200,000 in student scholarships within the Amherst community. To make a contribution to the Amherst Schools Educational Foundation, simply go to the Community Foundation of Greater Lorain County's "Make A Gift Now" webpage and type "Amherst" in the Keyword section of the donation tool bar. Select the Amherst Schools Endowment Fund or the Amherst Schools Fine Arts Endowment Fund to make a donation. It's that easy! And remember, your donation is "A gift that gives forever"!

Amherst Schools is in the process of updating parent e-mails.
